WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
We do our best to ensure the fast delivery of our products. However, since our items are handmade and carefully crafted in every detail, some delays may occur and delivery times may vary.

Ready-to-ship models are dispatched within 72 hours of payment, depending on any holidays that may occur between the order and shipment.

Customized models are crafted and shipped within 15 business days from the order date. GLS is our trusted courier for shipments within Italy and Europe, while DHL handles our shipments outside the EU.

All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to speed up or delay shipping times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email. The courier will then send you a separate email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
