WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
We do our best to ensure prompt delivery of our products.
However, our handcrafted products, with attention to detail, may be subject to some delays and therefore delivery times may vary.

Ready-to-ship models are shipped within 72 hours of payment, compatible with public holidays between the order and shipping.

Custom models are packaged and shipped within 15 working days of ordering.

Gls is our trusted courier for shipments in Italy and Europe. DHL is the courier we rely on for EXTRAEU shipments.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to speed up or delay shipping times. Once your order has been shipped, the courier will send you an email directly with the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can change or return items purchased on leboffi.it within 14 days of the delivery date : we care a lot about our customers' satisfaction, which is why we also allow the return or exchange of customized models.


In case of CHANGE of number or model , don't worry: we'll take care of it!

However, the shipping costs of the RETURN are at the customer's expense; the customer can decide whether:
- send the package via Poste or via a trusted courier to the address:
